Exousia 2026: Growing in Spirit‑Led Leadership

Zoom Session 1 — Introduction to Exousia Thursday Sept. 10, 6-7:30 pm MT | 8-9:30 pm ET |1-2:30 am UK

Zoom Session 2 — Leadership Foundations Saturday Sept. 26, 8-11 am MT | 10-1 pm ET | 3-6 pm UK

In-Person: October 13–17, 2026 • Belleville, Ontario


Hosted by Dunamis Fellowship Canada, in partnership with the Dunamis Institute.  


What Is Exousia?

Exousia is a leadership‑equipping experience designed to help those sensing a call to leadership in DFC to  grow in Spirit‑led authority, discernment, and team ministry. This Exousia event will focus on teaching, practice, and leadership development for Canadian ministry settings. Participants will engage in pre‑work videos, two online Zoom sessions, and a 4‑day onsite event  in Belleville, Ontario.


Who Should Attend

  • Dunamis Event leadership teams

  • Apprentice Teachers in the DI pathway

  • Those discerning a call to Holy Spirit‑led leadership after participating in Dunamis events

  • Anyone serving in Dunamis Fellowship Canada ministries


What You’ll Experience

  • Spirit‑led leadership foundations

  • DFC ethos, values, and ministry DNA

  • Leadership scenarios drawn from real Dunamis events

  • Lab times and practice opportunities

  • Debriefing and Kairos‑moment discernment

  • Worship, prayer, and team ministry

  • Workshops for Apprentice Teachers, Event Directors, Worship Leaders and Lead Intercessors


Format

1. Pre‑Work Videos (Self‑Paced)

Participants will complete a curated set of Exousia preparation videos, including:

  • History of the Dunamis Project

  • Vision & Purpose of Dunamis

  • Pinnacle Sayings

  • PRMI’s Four Vision Initiatives

  • The Three Pillars

  • Story of One

  • Why Leaders Need to Cast Vision

  • How to Lead a Debriefing

  • Leadership Team Meetings

  • Technology

Apprentice Teachers will also watch:

  • Holy Spirit‑Led Teaching

  • Making Dunamis Your Own

  • How to Become a DI Teacher


2. Online Zoom Sessions

Zoom Session 1 — Introduction to Exousia Thursday Sept. 10, 6-7:30 pm MT | 8-9:30 pm ET |1-2:30 am UK

  • Welcome & introductions

  • Why and how Exousia forms leaders

  • Discussion of pre‑work videos

Zoom Session 2 — Leadership Foundations Saturday Sept. 26, 8-11 am MT | 10-1 pm ET | 3-6 pm UK

  • Pinnacle Sayings

  • Why & When of Debriefing

  • Call to Leadership teaching

  • Small‑group prayer

Participants will complete the Call to Leadership reflection exercise before the onsite event.


Onsite — Belleville, Ontario

Starts: Tuesday October 13, 2026 @ 6:45 pm

Ends: Saturday October 17, 2026 after catered lunch

Meals

All lunches and dinners will be fully catered and snacks will be provided. No breakfast will be served. Participants may bring personal snacks if desired.


Housing Options

Participants are responsible for finding their own housing:

  • Billeting with local hosts (limited availability)

  • Booking your own hotel or Airbnb in Belleville - let us know if you are looking for a roommate.


Cost - $190

  • Meals and snacks for the week will be $190. If you need special pricing for bringing your own food, please contact Freda or Patti (see below for contact info)

  • There is no fee for the teaching itself. Those who wish may give an offering to help cover manuals, travel, and other expenses for teachers and leaders. All gifts over $10 are receipted.

  • If finances are a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—or consider inviting your church to support your training.
